Data we collect

Email address, when you create your account.
Your conversations with the assistant, to show you your history.
Usage data (message counts and consumption), to operate the service limits.

Your conversations

Your conversations are stored encrypted with restricted access. We do not read them, use them for advertising, or share them with third parties. We would only access them under a legal obligation, or to investigate serious abuse of the service, always in a limited and documented way. You can delete any conversation from the app at any time; deleting it removes it from our database.

To generate each answer, the conversation content is sent securely to the infrastructure provider that runs the language model, which does not use it to train models and does not retain it.

Purposes

Primary (required for the service): creating and authenticating your account, providing the chat service, storing your history and enforcing usage limits.

Secondary (optional): emailing you about news and other products and services of our own, including services for businesses. You can opt out of this purpose at any time by writing to daniel.bravoap@gmail.com or using the unsubscribe link in every email, without affecting your use of the service.

What we don't do

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties.
We do not use your conversation content for advertising or to train models.

Your rights and account deletion

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to the processing of your data, as well as full deletion of your account and history, by writing to daniel.bravoap@gmail.com from your registered email. We respond within 20 business days.

Changes to this notice

Any change will be published here. If a change affects purposes or data transfers, we will notify you by email before applying it.
